Declaring You as God by Ron Britton

 

We open up the heavens, as our voices ring.
We are joined by angels, declaring you as King.
As we worship you Lord, I see angels fly.
They are touching us Lord, and joyfully we cry.

~ We worship you oh Lord! ~
~ We honor you oh God! ~
~ We praise you oh Lord! ~
~ We thank you oh God! ~

We can feel your presence, Lord don’t hesitate.
We need your love and mercy, guide us to your gate.
We’re looking for your light; we want to see your face.
We long to feel your love, and your heavenly embrace.

~ We worship you oh Lord! ~
~ We honor you oh God! ~
~ We praise you oh Lord! ~
~ We thank you oh God! ~

You saved Noah and mankind, sent them out to sea.
You gave us Ten Commandments, helping us to be.
You sent Moses to Egypt, setting up your base.
You sent your only son Lord, to save the human race.

~ We worship you oh Lord! ~
~ We honor you oh God! ~
~ We praise you oh Lord! ~
~ We thank you oh God! ~

We thank you now oh Father, for all that you have done.
There are no Gods before you, you are the only one.
Your love is never-ending; I know this to be true.
Because you did still love me, as my back was turned on you.

~ We worship you oh Lord! ~
~ We honor you oh God! ~
~ We praise you oh Lord! ~
~ We thank you oh God! ~
